Abstract

Super intensive ponds (TSI) are starting to develop for vaname shrimp cultivation with a stocking density of1,250 individuals/m2 and producing a productivity of 12.6 tons/1,000 m2 (Syah et al., 2017) even Atjo (2014) obtained 15.3 tons/1,000 m2 at a stocking of 720 individuals/m2. Poor environment, in shrimp ponds which canbe caused by excess food that can cause rotting at the bottom of the pond, inappropriate shrimp feeding in addition to reducing water quality, can also cause plankton blooms which will result in a decrease in landcarrying capacity such as competition in terms of oxygen use (Cholik and Poernomo 1987 in Suharyanto et al., 1996). To overcome the problem of declining water quality, it is necessary to improve water quality bothphysically, chemically, and biologically so that it can overcome problems in water quality. Water qualityimprovement is done by processing. The treated wastewater aims to break down the negative impacts on thewaters that receive waste and can be reused
